All Etisalat and Du customers have access to this application. If you are a Hello Card/Five Card user, this app provides a convenient solution to instantly connect with your loved ones without the need to enter a secret code each time.

With this app, you can easily call contacts directly from your list without repeatedly dialing the card number. It offers useful features such as no requirement for an internet connection, the ability to save your card number once, a recent call list, and a favorite call list.

• Enter your secret code of Etisalat/Du cards in the Settings Panel.
• Select the network provider name – Etisalat or Du.
• Select the country code you wish to call.
• Go to contacts, select the person you wish to dial.
• A pop-up will appear; verify if it is the correct number you wish to call.
• Press the call button.
• The application will handle the rest of the procedure automatically.
• In the RECENT CALL Logs section, you can delete numbers or add them to favorites for quick access.
• If the call center provides an incorrect international number, disconnect the call and try again.

Note:

• UAE DIALER does not store any Five Card or Hello Card numbers.
• UAE DIALER for Five Card and Hello Card only stores your secret number within the application (i.e., on your phone).
